Yes, BirdBrain ships to many international destinations via UPS. Customers pay the shipping costs and payment terms are ‘in advance’ (credit card or bank transfer). We do not accept purchase orders or payment after shipping.
We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Palestinian Territory, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
Please note that many countries charge import taxes and duties on shipments of electronics products. You will likely be assessed such duties at the time of import and you are responsible for payment of them. Due to the large number of laws and enforcement methods, we unfortunately cannot provide an estimate of duties that may be applied to your shipment. For this reason, we recommend that customers outside of the USA purchase through an authorized reseller (see list below). Our international resellers will offer a more seamless purchasing experience.
