Once you receive your replacement product, you must return the original product within 30 days. If you do not meet this deadline, your account will be charged for the replacement product.

Returns:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all returns incur a 25% restocking fee unless the return is due to a BirdBrain shipping error, order error, or product warranty issue.
